Meet Jessie

I'm Jessie Manney, the founder of PurposeWell.

My experience spans funding and grant management, fundraising, governance support, operational leadership, budgeting and financial management, policy and process development, and organisational systems.

I have worked within charities, community organisations and funding organisations, supporting boards, staff and volunteers to turn ideas and priorities into practical action.

I created PurposeWell to provide organisations with experienced, hands-on support when there is important work to do but not enough time or internal capacity to move it forward.

I enjoy getting to the heart of a challenge, creating clarity where things have become complicated and helping organisations put practical foundations in place.
